Impression Kit Returns: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of the impression kit once purchased.
Smile Projection Satisfaction: If you're dissatisfied with the initial 3D Preview of your projected smile, we'll modify it. If you're still unhappy, we'll refund the remaining amount after deducting the impression kit cost. Our team of expert Dentists and Orthodontists will support you until you achieve the desired results.
Results Guarantee: If the projected results aren't met after treatment completion, we provide free additional aligners to help achieve your desired outcome.
Unsuitability for Treatment: If our Dentists determine you're not a suitable candidate, you'll receive a full refund for any spent amount.
Treatment Plan Approval: Once you approve the treatment plan, refunds aren't possible. However, if there are manufacturing defects or fit issues, we'll replace the aligners at no cost.
Refund Processing: Refunds are processed within 5-6 business days after approval, returned through the original payment method.
